Box Office FAQs:

  1. How do I transfer my ticket to another person’s name?
    1. You can transfer your tickets into another person’s name by emailing boxoffice@washingtonsfoco.com from the email address the tickets are under. Please provide your first and last name, and reference your order number, the show name, the first/last name of the person you’d like to put the tickets under and their email address. This must be done by the ticket holder as we will not except the transfer from someone else. Your full order will be transferred into the new name.
  2. Why can’t I buy a ticket for tonight’s show?
    1. If our ticketing page says “off sale” (and not sold out), tickets are still available at the box office. At a show time, we take them offline to better serve people in person.
  3. What happens if I purchase tickets to a show that has been cancelled?
    1. When a show is cancelled, all refunds will be available at the point of sale. The box office will email all current ticket holders when this change has been made; please check your spam folder in case it ends up in there. We process online refunds as soon as possible, which may take up to 7-10 business days to see the reverse charge reflected on your bank statement.
    1. When a show is rescheduled or postponed, it means that we will still be hosting the show on a new date and that your tickets will be honored for that new date. If the show is marked “cancelled” then the show is not happening and refunds will be honored automatically.
  4. What’s the difference between a “canceled” show and a “rescheduled / postponed” show?
    1. When a show is rescheduled or postponed, it means that we will still be hosting the show on a new date and that your tickets will be honored for that new date. If the show is marked “cancelled” then the show is not happening and refunds will be honored automatically.
