We are currently hiring for early 2018! We will be holding a Job Fair at the Armory Fort Collins on December 6 from 3pm to 7pm. Stop by with a copy of your resume or visit our Facebook page for more information.

We also will be accepting resumes online through our Employment Page.

Where can I park?

For information on parking structures & streets in Old Town Fort Collins, visit HERE. One option is the Civic Center Parking Structure directly to the south of the venue.

Do you have a smoking area?

Washington's is committed to providing its guests with a healthy, smoke-free environment.  Per the City of Fort Collins ordinance, smoking of any substance, including vapes and e-cigarettes is prohibited. Please also note that we are located within the Downtown Fort Collins Smoke-Free Zone, so smoking outside the venue is also prohibited.

Is your venue all ages?

Please refer to your ticket or individual event listing for age restrictions. If there is an age restriction listed, we will adhere to that strictly and there will be no exceptions or refunds for guests who do not meet the age requirements. If there is no restriction listed, the event is all ages.

Do you have seating for your shows?

We are primarily a standing, general admission venue. If a show is seated it will be noted on the ticketing page, otherwise it will be standing. There are a limited number of seats available on our balcony level. Please check on the even listing to check availability and reserve for the show you are interested in attending.

Can I rent your space for my event?

Washington's is not available to rent for private events or parties.

Do you have accommodations for ADA guests?

We have ADA accessible seating available on both levels of our venue. Whenever possible, please contact our box office in advance for details. If inquiring upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible and speak to our box office or a guest services representative when entering the building. Please note that any service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained throughout the event.

Washington's is equipped with an audio induction loop assistive listening that is compatible with hearing aids and t-coils.

Designated accessible parking for persons with disabilities is available on streets and in parking structures around the venue. Please visit HERE for more info. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I take photos?

Use of audio or video recording devices, professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses are not permitted during performances. Artist approved photographers or videographers must obtain a media pass by contacting: press@washingtonsfoco.com

Flash photography is never allowed as it disrupts performances.

Do you serve food and drinks?

We have a limited selection of pre-packaged snacks available, as well as coffee and soft drinks, in addition to a full bar selection for the majority of our shows. Please note that you must provide a government issued ID showing that you are over 21 in order to consume alcoholic beverages. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

I bought a ticket that I no longer need, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on tickets. If you have a will call ticket and would like to transfer the name, please contact our box office for further details.

What happens if a show I have tickets to is cancelled?

If a show is cancelled, refunds may be obtained from the point of purchase only. If a show is postponed, your ticket will remain valid and we will update you when a new date is confirmed.

I left something at the show last night, do you have it?

Please contact info@washingtonsfoco.com with details of the item you left behind. We will promptly advise if we have it in our lost and found.
